Client Update Forms
Client update forms are required to participate in any seasonal program. They are available in 6 languages. Please download and fill out your form before arriving.
Food Assistance

Food Pantry
All clients may visit the Food Pantry every 7 days to “shop” and choose the foods they enjoy from our selection of fresh produce, proteins, staple items, and extras. The Food Pantry is restocked throughout the day and clients are encouraged to come later in the day to avoid waiting in lines.
All clients must bring proof of Beverly, Manchester, Essex, Hamilton or Wenham residence (a piece of mail postmarked within the last 30 days).

Monday – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday – 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Wednesday – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday – 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Refrigerated Food Lockers
Automated Refrigerated Food Lockers provide more convenient food for anyone in need. Food insecure community members living in Beverly, Manchester, Hamilton, Wenham and Essex are able to pick up food they’ve ordered online through Beverly Bootstraps’ SmartChoice system with 24-hour access to the lockers.

Mobile Market
Our Mobile Markets are free, fresh farmer’s markets that promote better health and nutrition by providing eligible households with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Participants choose free, fresh produce delivered right to their neighborhood. Through these markets, we serve residents of local housing complexes and our senior citizens.

Fixin's for the Feast Thanksgiving Bags
Fixin’s for the Feast bags are filled with all the Thanksgiving fixin’s to help our neighbors in need. Each Thanksgiving, clients enjoy a pre-packed bag of all the fixin’s along with a grocery store gift card for additions to their feast!
Do you need help with food for Thanksgiving? Please use this link to fill out the form and you will be added to our list. You will receive an email in mid-October 2024 with distribution details.

Back-to-School Backpacks
Beverly Bootstraps provides free, new backpacks and school supplies to students (grades K – 12) living in Beverly, Manchester, Hamilton, Wenham, and Essex.
For 2024 Distribution Schedule, click link below:
During pick-up, you will be asked to show the following paperwork:
- Identification for your children (Birth certificate, School ID or Report Card)
- Picture ID for yourself
- Proof of Beverly, Hamilton, Wenham, Manchester, or Essex residency (mail postmarked within the last 30 days)
- Completed Client Update Form. Click here to download >>
*Please fill out your Client Update Form before arrival. Backpacks will be given out once all paperwork is received.

Book Bonanza Book Fair
Do you need help affording your child’s summer reading books?
Our third annual book fair was held at Beverly Middle School on Saturday, July 20th. This fun event featured a wide selection of free books, including required summer reading for middle and high school students, information on the local library, and more! If you missed the book fair and need help affording your child’s summer reading books, please call Kayla Eaton at 978-927-1561 x129 or email keaton@beverlybootstraps.org.
To participate, students must live in our service area and bring a form of ID (student ID, report card, etc.).

Winter Wishes Holiday Gifts can help families living in Beverly, Manchester, Hamilton, Wenham, and Essex. This community-supported holiday gift program helps provide children in grades 12 and under with new clothes, games, and toys.

Graphing Calculator Program
High school students in our service area taking high-level math classes are eligible for a free, new graphing calculator. All students deserve the tools they need to succeed, and financial difficulties should not get in the way.
