Dr. Ted Wilson named Interim Executive Director

May 19, 2025 | Beverly Bootstraps Blog, Donors

Dear Friends:

I would like to provide you with an update as we progress through the transition of executive leadership here at Beverly Bootstraps. In order to set the stage for our next leader, we have hired Dr. Ted Wilson, an Interim Executive Solutions network member, to be our Interim Executive Director.

As we conduct a search for our next full-time Executive Director, Ted will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, will help ensure our staff and board are supported and effective, and will make sure that our programs and operations continue without interruption.

As organizations often face times of uncertainty after executive leadership transition, Ted’s appointment will help ensure our organization continues to meet the needs of everyone that turns to us for support. As always, our mission remains the same, and we will continue to provide critical resources and long-term support to individuals and families here in Beverly and across the North Shore, so they have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and lead self-sufficient, fulfilling lives.

In addition to this, interim leadership also provides a great opportunity to assess many aspects of our work, and aid us in the transition process to ensure the continued success of the organization and that our next full-time leader is set up for success.

When asked about joining the team, Ted recently shared that he “finds himself invigorated and refreshed joining a team with such a clear and compelling service mission.” Please join me in welcoming Ted! Feel free to connect with him if you have any suggestions, questions, needs or concerns. He can be reached at twilson@beverlybootstraps.org.

Sincerely,

Marilyn Schlein Kramer
President, Beverly Bootstraps Board of Directors
