Since 2001, the Back-to-School Backpack Program has ensured that local children head into the school year feeling confident, prepared, and supported. By providing new backpacks filled with essential school supplies, this program eases the financial strain on families while setting students up for academic success.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us for our 25th season of supporting students through the gift of new backpacks and school supplies. Thanks to the generosity of individual donors, community groups, local businesses, and our Community Collection Sites, we have successfully reached our fundraising goal!

Backpacks are now being assembled, and because of your incredible support, local students in need in Beverly, Manchester, Hamilton, Wenham, and Essex will receive brand-new backpacks filled with essential supplies this August—setting them up for a confident and successful school year.
