We are deeply grateful for the incredible support from our community during this unprecedented time. Because of you, local families, veterans, children, and neighbors won’t go without, especially as the holiday season approaches.

In October, the need for food assistance in our community grew sharply. Our Food Pantry—already busier than ever—saw 248 more visits than in September, including registering 57 new households. We are now providing groceries and essentials to nearly 1,000 households every month.

Your generosity makes this possible. Every dollar, every can of food, and every volunteer hour helps us meet this growing need and ensures that no one in our community goes hungry.

But the crisis facing these families—and so many others—is far from over. As temperatures drop, many will turn to LIHEAP (the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) to help heat their homes. This critical program is funded by the federal government, but funding levels for this winter remain uncertain, leaving countless families at risk of being left in the cold.

Beverly Bootstraps is proud to be community-supported, and we simply couldn’t continue our mission without each of you. Please consider a gift today to help keep our neighbors warm, fed, and safe this winter.
