Calling all florists, garden club members and floral design hobbyists: Beverly Bootstraps will be holding a floral design competition as part of their Boots & Blooms Gala taking place on Friday, April 3. Floral arrangement entries will be on display at Cruiseport Gloucester during this English garden party themed event, and guests will pick a winner in each of two categories: Garden Club and Florist.
