SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM

Summer Food Program at Beverly Bootstraps
In an effort to help families with school age children in need of food assistance when school is out for summer and they don't have access to the school food program, Beverly Bootstraps offers families with school age children access to our Summer Food program.

Once registered, families will be able to visit the Food Pantry every week between June 26 and August 25.

Eligibility
Families must have school age children (K-12), and live in Beverly or Manchester

Register
Registration can be done during regular Summer Food Pantry hours: Monday 10am-1pm,
Tuesdays 4-6:45pm, Wednesdays 10-12:15pm, Thursdays 10am-1pm, Friday 10am-12:15pm.
No appointment is necessary.

Bring children's birth certificate, Social Security card, or report card as well as current proof of residency.

 

Summer Lunch Program at Parks and BHS
In addition, lunch will be available at several of the Beverly Recreation Department's morning park programs and at the Beverly High School cafeteria for all children 18 years of age or under. This Summer Lunch Program is a collaboration between Beverly Public School Food Services, Beverly Recreation Department, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and USDA.

Lunch is offered to all children 18 years of age or under

This summer, over 283 individuals visited the Food Pantry for Summer Food and 8,469 pounds of food was distributed to them.
